Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Variety and Grapes: 100% Glera Coming from Col del Vent vineyard.
Vinification Technique: Charmat Method.
Type: Brut (6g/l).
Taste: Floral bouquet, with wisteria and rose aromas. Fruity notes of pear and gooseberry. A lime note is present in the palate, where it is also intense and smooth, with hints of stone fruit. Fine and persistent bubbles.
The complexity is supported by good acidity with a pleasant savoury hint in the finish.
Matching: As an aperitif very well coupled with “polenta and soppressa ”snacks and “Prosciutto crudo”. Perfect with seafood, delicate vegetable “risotto” and shortly aged chesse.
Serving Temperature: 6°-8°C.
